We offer free standard delivery in mainland UK for all orders over £40. For orders under £40, we charge £3.90 for Royal Mail standard shipping in mainland UK.

We accept no responsibility for delays of 7 days or less by Royal Mail if we shipped your package on time.  Though we will always help and support you in tracking the package and rectifying after this time if it is lost or further delayed.

Important Note

Please ensure that you have entered your address correctly; we will send out a confirmation email with the address on it so do check that it is correct and let us know if there are any errors.

If an address has been entered incorrectly by the customer and an order is returned to us, replacements (if requested) will be sent at the cost of the customer.
